In 1997, He has no any job and he was aimless. He was unemployed and had only 2000 rupee. His bank account was exhausted, he lived in an old single bed room home with his wife, which was in Aurangabad state of Maharashtra. At the end of one week, he thought what he was doing, he have no answer to the question was asked by his soul. His situation was becoming more puzzle by day to day. He knew very well if this problem is not solved quickly then he have to face severe cash crunch. He finally decided he will do a job and started searching, time was passing with this hope, tomorrow will be better but every day he felt frustrated then he met a person who wanted to start business, while he did not have any other option except business and he became agree to start business with them. Both lent some money from a landlord with interest of 10%, purchased a used lathe machine and started manufacturing of small jobs for tire one company. After few years he purchased some new machinery for new customers. Year to year he had make more business relationship with new customer and he repaid his debt with interest, he was free from debt.

He decided he will start a separate business from your existing partner. But this way was not so easy on which he was going, he got involved to arrange money for land in 1999. After a long scarifies he got some money but it was not enough, he knew very well then he decided he will sell his home in which he was living with his wife but he was unable to gate courage to talk his wife about home selling. He was always trying to talk on that matter but only then a thought became his in mind, what will happen to his wife when she will know, home is going to sell. His wife womb having five month-old baby, and he was waiting for baby born. He had finally decided that he will tell her after baby born. After four months a good news became that his wife gave birth to a baby boy which was very cute.

All relatives came to see cute baby with lots of gifts and toys, home was full of happiness after a long time, everybody having happiness on their faces but only one lady was there who was not happy, she was grandmother of baby, she was all time thinking that why was not the gift brought to me.

All relatives were busy in singing and dancing with joy but she was sitting on the couch in the corner of the home. She was waiting that someone will come and ask her, what happened with her but that didn’t happen. Over time, her anger was increasing. Now everyone were planning to go for dinner, due to less space dinner arrangements were on the rooftop of the home so some relatives were going up the stairs and some of them down the stairs, she was watching all the activities with an angry eye…….

Finally their anger was on top and she is losing her sense, what to do or not to do. She was walking on the stair with high tension anger, her foot has slipped and she fall down.

Everyone hear the sound of dhaam.. and aahh..aahh.. So everyone get scarred and ran towards the source of sound then they saw she is unconscious, some of them was talking about water sprinkle on face, some of them talking about doctor calling but nobody had idea she was no more.

When some leady was lifting her body then they feel she was not breathing and finally happiness turns into weeds, everyone is weeping except baby mother due she never liked him.

After a couple of month he told his wife about home selling and his wife agreed to this idea then he sold his home in 70 lakhs, he purchase an old VMC machine in 35 lakhs and from another 35 lakhs he purchase two old EDM machine and start tool manufacturing for neighbors company.

Everyone one is supporting him by fate and he started to walk on the path of success day to day, he also developed own design team and now he is designing in in-house facility ,over time he also developed a first class assembly, design, project and Tool-trial facility.

Now he has a class one facility to develop a quality product with lead time.
