Today’s Struggle Makes A Better Tomorrow

Actually I never wanted to share this but now I changed my thought to aware average college students who are enjoying special package of life. They have no forecast about their first inning of job carrier.

“This is especially for average college students who always live in illusion”

This is my personal experience of three year’s and it may not be happen in every small scale industries but I strongly say it happen in some small scale industries.In small scale industries first worst thing is that no specific department for work. You’ve to keep the updates of every department like ppc, manufacturing, quality, assembly, development, purchase..

Which is not possible in itself and your boss will ask about anything on anytime along with your possessive task if you will not able to update then they will say you are not doing anything just passing time and it will do mentally torture every time.

“It keeps moral down who is working effort fully”

Some small scale industries owner have less qualifications so that they have no idea how to talk to personnel and they behave rudely. Due to less qualifications they never judge who is technically strong or not. They always listen that person who running behind them.

Reality of small scale industry’s employees are that old employees have no suitable qualification no technical knowledge to make a decision in severe situation and they are not capable to reach on problem source and they are not capable to find out the route cause who is working since starting. They always make wrong report to make safe itself and they always show new qualified employee as a problem generator in front of owner. They never gives positive report to owner and their reason is that they don’t want to lose their job. They never give the chance to young technical educated employee. They never trust on young employee’s decision because of they think they are more intelligent but reality is that they do only that things that happen in front of them. They have only hand skill not mind skill and management skill. They don’t know m of management but they are manager while they do hanji..hanji.. sir and they give 12 hours of a day while young technical educated employee never give 8 minutes extra out of 8 hours and owners think old employees are giving more time that means they are serious about organisation and owners give the post of manager without any assessment, skill observation. This is the main fact of difficulties for new qualified employee to work.

“While the old employees who have no problem solving ability and skills to talk customers will be in power then small scale industries will never grow”
