Today’s Struggle Makes A Better Tomorrow

I saw lots of confused people inside the organization about leadership and management, they mistake both are same but these two words are totally different to one another.

Leadership-

Leadership is a quality of person and is followed by the peoples because of their inspirational personality, loyal behaviour and strong beliefs. A leader personally involves in tasks and projects to enhance their team, rectify the mistakes and to keep passionate about mission and vision. A leader continually motivate and influence their followers. Actually leadership is about getting people to comprehend and belief in the vision and goal of the company. A leader recognise the skills and capability of individuals adequately because of their personal involvement in every projects. A leader turns their followers towards goal by motivational, inspirational and influencing tools. A leader always show what to do, he implements good ideas and develop power with people.

Management-

Management is also a quality of person and they have people who simply work for them and management works on mostly four tools planning, organising, leading and controlling. A manager mostly focus on administration and making sure day to day activities which should be done. A manager exercise power over people, give directions and use authoritarian style to accomplishment of task and projects and managers try to be heroes.
