As we know it is not easy to walk from trail during rainy session it is very slippery, similarly not easy to reach office from average colleges without any campus placement.

After graduation mostly students look for a job and they go office to office but never get any positive response why?

After my exploration I found some major points which create difficulties to get a job.

• Average college
• Personality lapse
• Less conceptual knowledge

Average college

No name, no fame, and no rank it is highly effective points which makes more risk to get a job if your college have no name, no fame and no rank then mostly company never wants to give a chance.

Personality lapse

Normally average college students have same problem they have no communication skill, bad behaviours, no dressing sense, no ability to explain itself.   

Less conceptual knowledge

As we know average college have no lab facilities, no eligible faculty and their purpose to only pass the examination. This is the fact mostly students want to pass the examination they never think about next. Their learning pattern is not conceptual only remember and wrote in examination and got marks.

“If your college is not famous then you should have deep conceptual knowledge”
